After one of the biggest highs of my life at the Paris Games, I spent the next five months feeling completely lost.

And truthfully, Iām still figuring out a lot of my life. Just because you see me on here every day dialing in my health (which, to be fair, is one area lāve locked in), that doesnāt mean I donāt also deal with comparison issues, anxiety, and self-doubt - almost daily.
The same goes for every other creator you see adding to their own highlight reel. Weāre all figuring it out ā even if it doesnāt always look that way online.
Your life isnāt really yours if you care what other people think. So trust yourself whenever you get the chance. Posting this video isnāt comfortable. Iām overwhelmed, nervous, and unsure, but thatās exactly how I know Iām on the right path.
Growth doesnāt come with certainty. It comes with pressure.
Get out of your comfort zone. Stop waiting to feel ready. Uncertainty isnāt a warning sign, itās a privilege. It means youāre playing the right game.
Gamify your life with gratitude. And donāt let anyone else write the script to your story.
Hereās the truth about a binge or falling off your diet š
Most people think one massive day instantly ruins their physique. Thatās not how it works.
Yes, youāll gain some fat. But the real damage isnāt the cheat day itself. Itās the guilt spiral that makes people think they ruined everything, so they continue binge eating or completely give up.
This cycle is dangerous. Repeated binge eating can reinforce reward-seeking pathways in the brain, especially when highly processed foods are involved. The restriction ā binge ā guilt cycle is what destroys most peopleās long-term progress, not one off-plan day.
Weāre human. These days happen.
Donāt punish yourself the next day. Donāt starve yourself. Donāt try to āburn it all off.ā
Just wake up, forgive the slip, and return to your normal routine. One day doesnāt destroy months of progress.

Maybe we werenāt designed to get sunlight after being under blue light all night. Maybe we werenāt designed to step outside after scrolling indoors all morning. And maybe studies on isolated UV exposure, done on people with poor circadian health, donāt tell the full story.
Weāve removed ourselves so far from nature that itās easier to blame the light in the sky than fix the environment around us.
