In 2024, I graduated from Harvard and qualified for the Olympics - two dreams I thought would solve everything. After one of the biggest highs of my life at the Paris Games, I spent the next five months feeling completely lost. So if you ever feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of yourself - please remember: EVERYONE feels that way. Social media is a highlight reel. It’s so easy to get caught in the trap of comparison. And truthfully, I’m still figuring out a lot of my life. Just because you see me on here every day dialing in my health (which, to be fair, is one area l’ve locked in), that doesn’t mean I don’t also deal with comparison issues, anxiety, and self-doubt - almost daily. The same goes for every other creator you see adding to their own highlight reel. We’re all figuring it out — even if it doesn’t always look that way online.

Your life isn’t really yours if you care what other people think. So trust yourself whenever you get the chance. Posting this video isn’t comfortable. I’m overwhelmed, nervous, and unsure, but that’s exactly how I know I’m on the right path. Growth doesn’t come with certainty. It comes with pressure. Get out of your comfort zone. Stop waiting to feel ready. Uncertainty isn’t a warning sign, it’s a privilege. It means you’re playing the right game. Gamify your life with gratitude. And don’t let anyone else write the script to your story.

Here’s the truth about a binge or falling off your diet šŸ‘‡ Most people think one massive day instantly ruins their physique. That’s not how it works. Yes, you’ll gain some fat. But the real damage isn’t the cheat day itself. It’s the guilt spiral that makes people think they ruined everything, so they continue binge eating or completely give up. This cycle is dangerous. Repeated binge eating can reinforce reward-seeking pathways in the brain, especially when highly processed foods are involved. The restriction → binge → guilt cycle is what destroys most people’s long-term progress, not one off-plan day. We’re human. These days happen. Don’t punish yourself the next day. Don’t starve yourself. Don’t try to ā€œburn it all off.ā€ Just wake up, forgive the slip, and return to your normal routine. One day doesn’t destroy months of progress. Is the sun bad or are our lifestyles completely misaligned?šŸ‘‡ Maybe we weren’t designed to get sunlight after being under blue light all night. Maybe we weren’t designed to step outside after scrolling indoors all morning. And maybe studies on isolated UV exposure, done on people with poor circadian health, don’t tell the full story. We’ve removed ourselves so far from nature that it’s easier to blame the light in the sky than fix the environment around us. Fun fact: infrared light penetrates through multiple layers of clothing. As far back as I can remember, I always wanted to eat clean pizza. And now we’ve got a place like Uncle Al’s @unclealspizzanj Seed oil free everything. Those PUFAs had it coming… now they’re swimming in the Hudson. Slow-fermented sourdough crust — which means sourdough pasta, breadcrumbs, croutons, and garlic knots. Beef pepperoni. Prosciutto sliced fresh daily from a local butcher. Tomatoes imported from Italy. House-made sauce on everything. Mozzarella sticks fried in extra virgin olive oil — no funny business. Chicken parm finished with sourdough breadcrumbs. Hot honey. Fig jam. Everything dialed. Uncle Al made us an offer we couldn’t refuse @muccistrength Keep your friends close… but your enemies closer. And keep seed oils as far away from your food as possible.
