Been off social media, as if anyone cares… but I missed celebrating my ladies over the past month!
-Jen: graduated with her masters from seminary and is a leader worth following 👩🎓
-Sloane: senior night for basketball and got into UGA! 🏀
-Micah: wrapped varsity flag football with too many interceptions(the good kind) to count and got into capstone! 🏈
-Quinn: got a varsity letter as a freshman in cross country and made JV tennis (trying something new) 💪🏽
-Evie: won the middle school basketball championship and just rocking life. ⛹️♀️
The McGhee girls are my world and I’m fine just living in it.

Stetson appreciation post: we picked him up the day after Georgias NATTY and named him STETSON. He is gritty and gets it done like his predecessor. I’m just putting it out there. If we can figure out how to win it again this year I make a vow to get another one and name him BECK! #godawgs🏈

And the McGhee’s are out of Indian Knoll elementary. We are so grateful that everyone one of our kids was nurtured, celebrated and given space to develop here. We are sad, but ready for the next season! Let’s go Evie!!!

Year 16 has been amazing with this one. The fact that we have had this joyful, life giving soul in our lives for 16 years is the greatest gift. If you know Sloane, you love Sloane! Homecoming… it’s wild how quick it all changes. I remember falling in love with @jenbmcghee around homecoming time and now my kid has a date to homecoming. 🤦🏽♂️ I’m here for it all though.
