Beyond The Valley! Thank you 🫶
My heart and cup are overflowing. I’m so grateful to have been able to grace Beyond The Valley for the 4th time. The feeling, the nerves, the emotions around this gig never fade — if anything, they continue to grow and get even more wild each fkn time.
A massive thank you to everyone who came and danced with me for the countdown set - you guys are the real ones ☝️
I honestly had zero expectations going into a countdown set with some fierce competition and was absolutely blown away by the response. It definitely fuels the fire for more.

To get the call up for the 4th year in a row feels extremely surreal & something I’ll forever be grateful for. Being able to grace the Dr Dans stage & play some of my favourite tracks and tunes I grew up to listening to is beyond insane.

UTMB Mount Kosci 100km ⛰️
13 weeks of sleepless nights, early mornings, gruelling long sessions that took up most of our Sundays, burnout, fatigue & countless moments where we questioned everything.
This was evidently a 2-year journey, training morning & night and ticking off our first 10km, 21km, 30km, 42.2km, 50km, 56km & then this — our first ever 100km ultra.
Running a 100km ultra is no easy feat & takes incredible sacrifice, sometimes sacrificing your own health & wellbeing just to get a training session done.
This was by no means easy, & for me, Wiz (Mitch), I battled a chest infection & asthma on the day, which made things 10x tougher. But the main thing is, we got it done.
There were many dark moments where our heads ventured into deep waters, & it took serious resilience & strength to get back to normal. But there were also so many moments that made every drop of blood, sweat & tears worth it.
We cannot thank our crew enough - @laurenmooree_@andrspzn@joey_jones_1878@courtney.boutcher@jesse_snds@cooperbankesfay & our legend of a fkn coach @kaylahumphreyy@ikigairunning_ - Without you guys, this wouldn’t have been possible. Everyone thinks running is an individual sport, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. It’s about your team & the people around you — they are the reason you do what you do.
