Meet the young artists imagining the future of AI. 🎨🤖 We are so proud to announce the winners of Me, Myself, and AI, our national art contest for students. These artists explored artificial intelligence through their own eyes, depicting their communities today and imagining what they could look like 50 years from now. Their work will be showcased at the MIT Museum this July. Congratulations to every student who submitted.

In the age of AI, practical skills are everything 🎯 Economic opportunity depends on people developing industry-relevant AI skillsets—not just tool familiarity. That’s PATH. That’s MIT RAISE. That’s equitable workforce development. ⚡ Research universities + Community colleges + Industry = Real jobs & Sustainable careers “The question is whether we’ll ensure people have the skills to thrive in that transformation.” — Cynthia Breazeal, PI of PATH at @mitmedialab #PathMIT #AIWorkforce #CareerPathways #EquityInTech

In a world where AI is transforming industries and careers, how can young people develop future-ready skills to become innovators, rather than passive users of technology? This is one of the defining questions of our time and it is why we are delighted to invite pupils aged 14-17 to join the MIT RAISE FutureBuilders Programme - a 5-day intensive, university-style experience in ethical AI, app design, and innovation. Delivered in collaboration with MIT RAISE (@mit_raise ) and Pharos Education (@pharosed ), this programme is designed for those ready to develop skills in critical thinking, collaboration, and ethical innovation in an AI-driven world. When: Sunday, 28 June - Friday, 3 July, 2026 Where: RSJ campus, Kashiwanoha (Greater Tokyo) Who: Ambitious pupils aged 14-17 who are eager to embrace challenge, apply skills to solve real world problems, and explore university-style learning Learning journey: Guided by MIT-affiliated instructors and students, participants will design and build their own AI-powered applications from scratch. The journey begins with pre-learning online modules to build core fundamentals, followed by 5 days of hands-on learning and innovation on the RSJ campus. Upon successful completion, pupils will receive certification from MIT RAISE. During the programme, participants will have the unique opportunity to stay in RSJ’s welcoming and supportive boarding houses, fully immersing themselves in the experience while building lasting friendships with peers from diverse cultures and backgrounds. Discover more about the programme structure and FAQs via the link in our bio @rugbyschool_japan . Sign up for five inspiring days that will shape years of passion, confidence, and opportunity.
