Today, a very special piece leaves the studio. This was the first painting in my Art Nouveau-inspired movie poster series, a project I began two years ago to unite the elegance of Mucha with my passion for film. ​It’s been one of the most cherished works in my workspace, and today it officially goes to its new home. It's bittersweet to see it leave, but knowing it found a person who truly connects with it is the greatest reward. My April illustration. @fidaworldwide x @calvinklein 💜💛 I have wanted to portray @rosalia.vt for quite some time, and FIDA’s Illustrating Fashion series provided the perfect opportunity to capture her essence. In this piece, I aimed to highlight the artist’s overwhelming power by using only a lilac pencil, creating a direct contrast with the perfume—which stands out through a block of gold acrylic—and the angelic watercolor sky. I hope you love the final result as much as I do! _______________________________________________________________ Llevaba tiempo queriendo retratar a Rosalía y la serie de Ilustrando Moda de FIDA ha sido la oportunidad ideal para capturar su esencia. En esta ilustración, he buscado resaltar la arrolladora fuerza de la artista utilizando únicamente un lápiz lila, creando un contraste directo con el perfume, que destaca mediante un bloque de acrílico dorado y el cielo angelical en acuarela.
