Hi from the co-founders of Missing Rib Collective!
This week post-Fringe has been such a special time to reflect on all of the amazing things that we experienced in Edinburgh and what’s to come for us. This was our first self-produced production on a global stage, our #edfringe debut, and a proof of concept for the dreams we have for “4 girls the first letter e” long term.
Everything Missing Rib makes has a transmedia component to it because we believe in the expansion and excavation of story beyond just one medium. “4 girls…” has always held the possibility of a real-life, playable video game and at the Fringe, we were able to bring a piece of that to life thanks to the brilliant work of
@pratt.oh and
@nickfromthenet . In the future, we can’t wait to collaborate more with #gamedevelopers, #theatredesigners, #immersivetheatre makers, world builders to fully build out the video game world of The King and bring it to audiences.
Because the Fringe is so jam-packed with so many amazing shows, most offerings are an hour or less. But in the future, we’re excited to put on the full length version “4 girls…” and watch audiences fall deeper into the world of Evie, Elise, Esther, and Emaline.
As a multi-media production company we dream big. And supporting us on this journey is what’s going to make our big dreams a reality! Thank you to everyone who made it out to
@greensidevenues this August. Now #londontheatre #truecrimecommunity #horrorfans #psychologicalthriller fans, we welcome you to
