We always love using our Cafes to showcase the array of local talent that we’re blessed with in Oxfordshire, but during @oxfordshireartweeks is when we really want to shine a spotlight on them!
MB Woodstock is home to the wonderful @carolinegibsonprints with her beautiful designs taking pride of place on our walls 🖼️
Then MB Charlbury is where our own @vicky_troth_ceramics has set up her base with a whole range of awesome handmade ceramics on display and for sale - she’ll even be making the occasional appearance to demonstrate her skills!
Alongside Vicky we’ve also got stunning artwork by @mousecazalet on the walls of Charlbury. Thanks to @branch_arts we’ve even got an evening of wine & cheese next Tuesday to show off all this hard work! 🍷🧀

It’s a wonderful coffee shop with a great atmosphere, fresh pastries, cakes and bread, cosy corners, and the most welcoming staff, all nestled in a beautiful, quintessential Cotswold village. This is a real gem that you need to add to your Cotswold itinerary 🤍

Can’t get enough of this new coffee shop… 😏
If you’re already familiar with @missingbeancoffeeshops then you know their coffee is great, their food is delicious, and their venues are unique.
But the new Cowley cafe is HUGE, and surprisingly cosy for such a big space. It’s a beautiful venue, with lots of nooks and warmed lighting, and a good number of plug sockets for anyone looking to bring along their laptops.
It’s the latest in a series of cafe openings from the Missing Bean team, and it doesn’t disappoint.
The quiches are a new addition - I tried the traditional quiche Lorraine, but they serve a veggie option as well - all made in house by their brilliant chef/baker, Jess. The freshly made coleslaw was tasty, with a tasty pop of fennel and the bacon in the quiche was generous.
It’s well worth a visit if you haven’t been, and if you work on the Oxford Business Park, you are in for a treat! Your breakfast, lunch and coffee breaks just got a whole lot tastier.
