Been so bad at taking outfit pictures this year but I had to get one of this!
I had been hoarding this vintage 50s cat fabric from @madame.e.vintage for the last few years waiting for the purrfect sewing pattern. I chose to do the Camille Dress bodice paired with a (mostly) Lamour Sarong skirt (both from @gertie18 ), though I did modify it to fit the yardage width with pleating detail inside of the drape. For ages, I had been wanting to make a Bonnie bag so I attempted patterning one out of the cat fabric with a Bonnie I already had.
I paired my newest Bianca Luck shoes in this fabulous green that I had been eyeing (I LOVE their shoes- they are the most comfortable!) and @bunny.boom.boom made my incredible cat ball-of-yarn earrings💚
I was definitely still hand sewing in the car this year on the way up to Viva but I’m so glad it got done in time to wear Friday💙

Got a crazy thought in my head and made my 1933 evening gown in a burnt orange satin yesterday before the event. I purchased it through @evadresspatterns and it was such an easy sew up! I’ll definitely be making one in velvet this year.

Gil and I decided to have some fun this year with the animals. As you can see- fun was definitely had🤣 some of the blooper shots show me bleeding- thanks Snacks! Surprisingly Noodz was the least thrilled of the group. Swipe to the left to see the boys with Santa! The sweaters were Gil’s idea🤣 I’m very lucky to have such a playful and supportive partner. Many of the poses were also his idea, too. The man is a creative genius in front of the camera- those poses! The smize!

Always late to the #knitvember party, and we actually had chillier weather this year so I even wore my knits more! 🤦🏼♀️
Paired my favorite mustard knit set with a pair of newer saddle shoes (still struggling with heels after being in a boot this summer) and my absolute favorite go-to leopard print swing jacket. I was gifted this by an amazing barber client and his wife back in Baltimore and it’s probably my favorite jacket to wear- perfect for the chilly Tucson winters!
