We got married in a Theatre. This might come as a shock to some of my friends but me and my beautiful, generous, intelligent, not-on-social-media, hilarious wife just celebrated 10 years together - and three of those we’ve been legally married! ❤️ As an immigrant I wasn’t sure this would ever happen - for a long time I wasn’t even allowed to stay here with her for longer than 90 days at a time. We’ve managed to not kill each other thru countless productions we mouted together at Rogue Machine (she was my boss for years!), the pandemic, break ups and reunions. We have travelled together across the globe, to far off places and we’ve never stopped having adventures, being kind to each other and giving each other the room to grow.
From the moment I met this woman I knew this was it. I have never been in love as crazy as with her, and I have never met anyone with a heart as big as hers. She’s cool, she’s silly, she’s wicked smart and she is my best friend.

🍅🥬🥒 Morning harvest at home. I did not realize how much animal petting is involved in my every day lol. I am truly grateful this is the life I get to live. Nothing beats waking up and gathering your own breakfast while being helped by your cats and dogs on a sunny day in your yard.

You know you’re in good company when you schedule your Eclipse viewing day six months in advance (Thanks to Amanda for organising that, I just show up). 🌕🌔🌓🌒🌑 It was super cool and we had the best day ever complete with a bakery visit, car karaoke and the after buzz of American Crossword Tournament. 🥰
I often get asked why I moved from the big city Los Angeles life to middle of nowhere Vermont. This is the short answer. I love the hustle and sounds of the city. The excitement and the buzz, the restlessness of colourful souls looking for the next wave to catch. With you or without you, it’s alive, its heart beating with every honk, highway veins offering unlikely meetings.
But this? The crisp air, the clear skies, the simple joy these dogs experience just being outside with me. The precious gift of just being in the moment, being bored, taking walks behind my house through lush forests and bubbling creeks. This is the life my soul needs day to day to thrive, whatever era I might be in currently. I still love the big city and spend weeks in L.A. and NYC - and at the end of it, I can come home to these wet nosed fur machines and just be. 💖🍄
I think they call this part getting old.🥹
