5KM TIME TRIAL:
Over the next few weeks, we’re building toward our MISC 5km Time Trial on June 16th.
For some, it’s a chance to sharpen the fitness you’ve already built. For others, it’s about getting more comfortable at faster efforts. For others, it’s simply a solid few weeks and a chance to see where you’re at.
Each goal is as good as the other.
The sessions will be time and effort-based, so everyone trains together regardless of pace or experience. Some weeks smooth, some a bit spicy. The overall goal is to arrive fresh, confident, and ready to give it a crack.
Different goals. Different speeds. Same energy. 🏃

What a weekend. Whether it was your first half marathon or your fifth, you laced up and put in the work when it counted. Seeing so many of you out there,pushing through, supporting each other, representing, was something we won’t forget. The community is thriving and there’s so much more to come. Rest up and do right by your bodies. We’re excited to build from here 🏃♂️🏃♀️❤️

13 weeks. Strangers turned teammates. Teammates turned family.
Under @david.2me , we didn’t just train, we transformed. We showed up week after week, poured everything we had into the work, and learned just as much about rest as we did about the grind. Recovery wasn’t the pause between sessions, it was part of the process. The rest days, the moments of stillness that let us come back stronger every single time.
We showed up week after week, pushed our limits, and then gave our bodies the respect they deserved to rebuild. The early sessions. The hard work. The intentional recovery. Every single piece of it was building toward this.
Sunday is the moment. And we are ready Ⓜ️
