Today marks 4 months since my injury.
What a wild ride it’s been… From euphoric moments to deep depressive states. From fully focusing on tasks to anxiety attacks. My nervous system was completely out of whack, doing whatever it wants whenever it wants. My problem solving ability was creating and trying to solve problems that don’t even exist. The construct of the future life collapsed. I’ve tried to fight it, be strong. I’ve tried to rest. I’ve tried to balance things out. But my brain rejected it no matter what. I had to learn to be patient and understand that it takes time for the body to heal. A couple of weeks ago I finally felt like my soul came back to my body. Even though mood swings are still there, I’m learning to enjoy those moments everything is ok, and take it easy when it’s not. I’m very lucky to walk away from a crash like that basically unscratched. I’m very lucky to have family who supported my every step and did not let me give up. and hey @kudutoller came into my life just at the right moment.

Pagaliau su @mintukass išbandėm pirmąją vidaus bangą Lietuvoje 🌊 Trumpam pasijutom lyg tropikuose, kur kūnas dirba (ypač kojos), o galva visiškai išsijungia.
Nors ir esam surfinę ir kaitavę įvairiose bangose visame pasaulyje, norim priminti, kad ne viskas pavyksta iš pirmo karto. Pirmi bandymai dažnai būna su kritimais, jauduliu ir gera doze juoko 😄 Visi profai kažkada buvo pradinukai.
