If you've visited me at a con recently, you'll notice I am becoming a mostly-original art booth. It's been nerve-wracking but exciting to see so many of you enjoy my new designs! And while I had plans to ramp down fanart, Shopify came at me with a warning to remove fanart from my shop, so now my ramp down has sped up.
And to be honest with you all, I'm scared. So many of you enjoy my fanart. Will ya'll still like me without it? Those thoughts race through my head a lot, which has been why I've kept fanart around. I was still scared if I was making the right decision turning into an original art brand. So I feel this forced changed is a silver lining - maybe it was life telling me that I am making the right decision, and to stop looking back at the maybes and just dive in head first to new opportunities.
So if you've read this announcement and still choose to stick around and support my art, thank you. From the bottom of my heart, your continued support means so much to me. I cannot do this without you. 🧡
