didn’t get around to posting this months ago when I made it, but this swiss roll cake was such a perfect ending to the tiny dinner party I made it for, and I need to make it again when strawberry season comes back around. ❤️🍓
getting smokey with the cheese plate lunch for @minamriverlodge : shadow blossom, brandnetel kaas, and brabrander goat gouda from @cowbellpdx ; pecan adventure bread inspired by @timothywastell ; bread and butter pickled green tomatoes (damn delicious) ; smoked rabbit rillettes made with love, duck fat, and many walks to and from the smoker.

some personal news: I’m leaving PDX in late May to cook in the Wallowas. I’ll be gone ALL SUMMER ;( and will miss you so hmu before I leave. taking june toon with me, be back in october. ok love u bye.
