The last 18 years, we developed this property into a regenerative farm - the solar powered winery, studio and barn also capture, rainwater to irrigate our vineyard. We feed our soil with rotationally grazed cows, goats, sheep, Chickens and pigs along with compost from the winery, and barn. We have cultivated Fruit trees, and garden - all this with gratitude to you for buying or wine so we can do this work.

Brian corrected me. It’s actually year three of Roller crimping blocks one through four in the vineyard. This year has been the best year yet.👌🤠🌈 roller crimping is about maintaining soil health by keeping it covered this beautiful cover crop as opposed to tilling it in we’re crimping it to stop it from growing, but leaving it on the ground to add organic matter and leave behind all it’s nitrogen in the soil without tilling 😊🌈
