Glimpses of a 3 month residency on the beautiful land of the Esselen Tribe, the original stewards of this healing place , my spiritual home. Held by the waters, the community and the magic. I worked in the kitchen, washed many dishes, got carpal tunnel, learned to take care of my body, took many baths in the hot springs, sound baths too, made ceramics late night in the art barn, new patterns = new work, swam in the pool during lunch breaks, became a lemon picking prodigy working on the farm, made gorgeous friendships, learned how to give massages, learning how to receive, created many flower arrangements harvested from the farm, danced a lot, cried ALOT, learned how to communicate boundaries and melted into many nourishing cuddle puddles.
