This is Mindsetoftheo - born from struggle, not strength. A superhero transforms adversity into strength, using pain as fuel for growth and purpose. True transformation begins with accepting reality as it is & then consciously choosing evolution over victimhood, not despite the suffering, but because of it. When this power is lost, the shadow self clings to the past, resisting change or becoming defined by trauma, using pain as a shield rather than a catalyst. Excerpt of a Mindsetoftheo journal inspired by Deepak Chopra - 7 laws of superheroes. #mindsetoftheo

I talk about one part of my journey from leaving the office and finding my passion of helping other people feel better in their bodies. I appreciate each of you who takes the time to listen to my full story 🙏🏻 If you feel stuck in the same situation like me: low on energy through the day, neck or back pain, feeling stiff due to long outs of sitting, comment “MOVE” and I’ll send you more info about how to get out of that cycle of discomfort 💪🏻 You should feel great in your body, not stuck! 💫 #movement #yoga #teacher #officeolympians #mindset

Comment “coach” if you’re ready and I’ll reach out to chat with you about how to level up 👊🏻🫂 The reason why most people are stuck is cause they have wrong expectations and need quick results to stay on track. My students ask me almost weekly if we can integrate something new to the schedule. I don’t judge them. It’s human nature. We get inspired and also distracted. Sticking to a plan long term is a challenge. That’s why I have coaches and mentors myself. A coach doesn’t care about what you want right now. He cares about you reaching your goal and makes sure to stay on track when you want to self sabotage again. The realistic time frame can vary from person to person. I got people into a flat pancake in 2 months. I got people unlocking 10 sec handstand in 4 weeks. I got people unlocking muscle ups in the first months. It always depends where you start. Realistic expectations need to be communicated well though. And Social media destroyed this. Everyone promises a quick fix. I won’t. But I guarantee results if you stay with me. Inspired by @flex.st -> your guy if you look for German content about calisthenics.

Comment below in which part of your life you need to make a change 👊🏻🫂 I was stuck in an office job I hated. I thought I was in a relationship with a woman - but she just used and hurt me. I was skinny and not taken seriously for most of my 20s. I was always the smallest in my football team. I wanted a life of freedom and success but was stuck in the limiting believes I’ve had put on myself. I made bold decisions and changed all of it. I’m not making this post to flex. My intentions are to inspire you. I’m sure you can identify with at least one of these real life scenarios. Luck is when preparation meets opportunities. Opportunities are everywhere. It’s up to you to stop wishing for luck and preparing by taking action. You got this 👊🏻🫂

Mikael went from the stiffest in his family to pancake, press to handstand, muscle up and 1 minute hold and more in short 5 months. It's not talent. It's not genetics. He reached out, committed to the process and showed up every week. Structured training and the right feedback did the rest. This is what's possible when you stop guessing and start working with a system. Link in bio if you want the same. Great job Mikael, I'm proud of you!
