We have done a variety of art with groups and individuals using many techniques and materials from our tutorials and mindfulness wellbeing art sessions.

Was at the university of West of Scotland down at Paisley on Tuesday evening delivering an art session with Breaking cycles and the @uwsstudents sustainability society group.
The theme was waste to art as well as being global recycling day. 🖍🖌🎨♻️
We created some lovely art based on this theme. Was lovely meeting the group as well as talking to everyone at the event. 🙂🖌🎨

Was great to deliver kids art sessions this week throughout the February holidays with the @partickha and @languagehubscot . 🙂
Both sessions had a great turnout and the kids created lovely art throughout the sessions.🖍🖌🎨
We done a variety of art from creating lamdscapes using paints and pastels as well as making flowers using tissue paper and craft materials. 🖌🖍

Was lovely doing another painting and drawing to music session with the @gcu_students at Glasgow Caledonian University on Tuesday. 🙂
It was a very relaxed art session as we done some painting and drawing. Everyone created wonderful art using pastels, paints, charcoal and pencils.🖌🖍🎨
The art session was great for the students to create art and have a relaxed time talking to each other during exam time.
It was nice meeting everyone and sharing what Mind and Draw is all about. Thank you for inviting me along. 🙂

It was a lovely event and turnout as we had around 25 coming along throughout the day.
Lots of great art and crafts created and thank you to the artists who provided the activities for the day. 🎨🖌🖍🎄
