Milo had a grand adventure yesterday! 🌲☕️ He headed off-site with a fantastic volunteer for a lovely woodland walk and a café treat. Here is a note from our volunteer:
"He was so good! He went for a walk down the woodland paths, watched some squirrels but decided he wasn’t in the mood for chasing, had a relaxing lie down in the café and then jumped in the car to come back."

✨The Diary of Leo✨
Hello friends, it's Leo again.
Here are a few photos and a video of me enjoying a lap snooze and a ton of affection from one of my friends, a lovely volunteer who helps out at Millbrook.
I am a lovely, loud boy who loves to chat. I also LOVE to learn tricks (video coming soon of some of my training!)
I find other cats to be a major source of my stress, so would do best in a home without other cats nearby. As a result of my stress, I can overgroom, so there is more of an urgency to get me into a home.

Leo, a loving Bengal
For those of you who don't know these ladies, this is Rain, Fifi and Tiny Tink!
They came to us from a home with over 50 other cats, so they were understandably very nervous and shy when they arrived, but through time, love and care, they have really come out of their shells and now really, really, really love playtime (as you can see).

Everyone, meet Tiger!
Tiger is a character, to say the least - full to the brim, actually. She is a pony who will follow you around the field as you're poo picking, "helping" you out by picking up the equipment and dropping it on the floor. You honestly wouldn't be able to tell that she was born on the Welsh Moors, because she is so confident and friendly!
Tiger has also mastered the art of giving kisses and mistaking blonde hair for hay. She is still learning how to pick up her feet but she is an incredibly quick learner and has done really well every time our farrier visits.
Tiger would make a great project pony for a home that's experienced in bringing youngsters on - she is a truly entertaining character to be around, so you will never have a dull day with her around! Visit the link in our bio to know more.

What an amazing day at our Fun Dog Show yesterday.
Thank you to everyone that came and supported us, our event would not be an success without your support.
Today we made an incredible £8,341.72 which all stays at Millbrook to help the animals in our care.
Thank you to everyone who donated Raffle prizes, Tombola prizes, soft toys, sweets and all donations. Thank you to all our very generous sponsors and Matt @myadaptability for judging Top Dog of the Day.
A massive thank you to all our amazing volunteers that gave up their time to help run this event, we couldn't do it without you.
Big congratulations to Connie who won Top Dog of the day.
We plan to call the Raffle winners and Fast Recall winners today.

We also have an update for you all on Queen Latifah!
She is settling in really, really well into her new home! One of our lovely cattery volunteers fell head over heels for her and, as soon as she heard she was ready for rehoming, she contacted us to see if the whole family could meet her. Unsurprisingly, they too fell in love with her and she is now the Queen of her very own castle.
Thank you very much to everybody who donated towards her surgery and aftercare. Of course, we will keep you guys updated on how she's doing.

Our Fun Dog Show is happening this Saturday so make sure you come along and enjoy all the fun.
Apart from the Dog Show we have a lot of other things happening. You can enter your pooches into the Fastest Recall and Fun Agilty.
We have a variety of external stalls including pet stalls, charity stalls, craft stalls and more.
We have a great Raffle to enter, a Tombola, Bric a Brac stall, Kids stall, Cake stall, Pimms and Beer stall, and plenty of Food and Refreshments.
Anyone bringing in cakes can be dropped off tomorrow or Saturday morning, thank you.

Hello friends, Rook here! I have some very exciting news to tell you!
I'VE BEEN REHOMED! So you may see me pop on here every now and then to update you on how I'm doing. I've been renamed Pinto and have a best friend in the form of a basset hound, he is a great play buddy and I'm so happy I get to share my life with him now.

Meet the Cupcake Gang!
These sweet, super friendly and confident souls are Brioche (tabby female) Croissant (ginger male), Snickerdoodle (ginger female) and Tartlet (tabby female). These guys arrived when they were a few days old with their mother, Cupcake, after they were abandoned in a home when their owner moved away.
Despite their rough start to life, these guys are obsessed with humans! They're super social, confident and LOVE to follow you around, so they'd make great pets for a family with young children.
