ctrl+disrupt is a conceptual photography series exploring our desire for control vs. the very real and persistent forces of chaos that shape the world around us. through these images i wanted to visualize our human impulse to organize, predict and hold on, while life continues to shift beyond our reach.
recently, i've felt this question become more immediate and personal (...visa not working out) and i’ve really been asking myself what changes when we stop trying to dominate the unpredictable, and instead learn to move with it. there is a strange relief, even beauty, in accepting what cannot be held!!
...let uncertainty exist, and find presence inside it.
