caught these guys @vivamusicfest pomona and they had a really great set.
these were all shot on portra 800 pushed 2 stops. i was really worried the colors wouldn’t hold up so well pushed 2 stops but im pretty happy with how they came out.

a few years ago i DP’d a music video for this band from El Monte that had a small but modest following. growing up in the san gabriel valley myself i had an immediate connection to their music and knew they would go far.
now, they’re headlining @vivamusicfest pomona @theglasshousepomona and it’s such a treat to see how much they’ve grown since we first collaborated. these are @theredpears and i was lucky to have captured some moments of their always amazing set.
these photos were shot on Ilford HP5 400 pushed 2 stops, all around a 1.8 aperture @ 1/60th shutter speed.
