It’s hard to believe it’s been almost 2 years since we shot SKIN. Since then, it has been accepted into over 50 film festivals, nominated for more than 20 awards, and won 9, including a Student Oscar, which placed us in contention for the 96th Academy Awards for Best Live Action Short. We are beyond grateful for everything this film has brought us; the awards, the recognition, the people we met, and the journey it took us on. Now, we’re excited to release it for the world to see! The film is a visually symbolic, poetic, and meditative exploration of self-acceptance, inviting viewers to reflect on the journey of becoming who you truly are. Out now wherever you stream - link in bio. I wrote these minimal piano pieces in an attempt to heal after I lost a dear friend. He reached out before his passing, and I didn’t respond. More than anything, the pieces are about rumination and getting stuck on “what-if.” They’re also a reminder to tell the people I love how much they mean to me. Thank you to @continudity for the beautiful artwork and to @kylemcevoymusic and @sonderhousemusic for putting these out.

The Washerwoman score is now out - find it wherever you stream. This one was quite the adventure and blurs the lines of what is ‘real’ and what is a ‘hallucination’. I had the opportunity to work with some amazing musicians and I got to use and build unique instruments to mimic what we are hearing from the world. This includes the creation of my ‘Little Box Of Horrors’ which I’ve used on many projects since. You’ll hear banshee screams, the mimicking of coyotes whimpering, a covenant of witches taunting and chanting, and moans and groans from all the other demonic beings. I’d suggest listening while you take a long walk in the woods and let the external sounds leak in.
