Our short film will premiere on @Nowness tomorrow! The documentary takes place in La Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, Colombia, a region which scientists site as the world's most irreplaceable nature reserve. The film focuses on Arhuaco leaders and the strong messages they wish to send our world. @Cliffordak and I embarked on this project almost two years ago, now after teaming up with many others along the way here we are. We hope you can feel the sentiment of the Arhuacos’ message and enjoy the meditative space the natural environment exudes, a place which the Arhuacos call home. Much love to The Arhuacos, some of the most inspiring humans I have ever met. Also, deep gratitude for my parents Steve and Osi for helping make this all happen.

A year ago, inspired by Swedish schoolgirl Greta Thunberg, young people around the world began ‘climate-striking’ – walking out of school for a few hours to demand action against the global warming that darkens their future. In May, when 1.4 million kids around the world walked out of school, they asked for adults to join them next time. That next time is 20 September (tomorrow), and it is shaping up to be the biggest day of climate action in the planet’s history
