Yesterday, Cristina Manole, Jon Ransome and Louise Nevard spent the day volunteering at the cr_uk superstore in Norwich, supporting the chairty shop team with a variety of tasks that happen behind the scenes.
Having raised over £14,000 for Cancer Research UK throughout 2025, it was great to support the charity in another meaningful way.
A huge thank you to the CRUK Norwich superstore team for welcoming us, and to our volunteers who gave up their day and got involved.

Another nomination said: “Sam has gone above and beyond in delivering our new Customer Experience Centre at Nimans, working tirelessly to create a space that showcases the latest technologies we offer while supporting customer demonstrations, technology journeys, training, and more. Despite numerous challenges along the way, she has remained positive and resilient, taking every bump in the road in her stride. The finished CEC will be a real testament to her dedication, professionalism, and commitment, and will deliver lasting value for both our customers and our teams.”

What an achievement from our team at the 2026 London Marathon! 🎖️
They may not have been chasing (or breaking!) sub-2-hour finishes, but the determination and commitment it took to reach that finish line is what counts. Completing a marathon is no small feat - and we couldn't be prouder. Thank you to everyone who supported them along the way.
Aaron Lawther and Harvey Bloomfield took on the challenge in support of @cr_uk , raising an incredible £𝟲,𝟬𝟬𝟬+ between them.
Kerry D'Arts and Holly Mayston secured ballot places and rose to the challenge, with Kerry raising £𝟱𝟵𝟬 in support of @mssocietyuk and @parkinsonsuk .

This morning, our Midwich UKI teams joined an inspiring and thought-provoking Neurodiversity Awareness session.
We were delighted to be joined by Kim To, entrepreneur, founder of Own Your Flair, and a passionate advocate for neurodiversity. Kim shared her personal journey, including her experiences following her diagnoses of dyslexia in 2014 and ADHD in 2020. Her openness, resilience, and determination to drive positive change across society left a lasting impression on everyone in attendance.
Hosted by our very own ARON BENNETT, the session began with Kim’s powerful 15-minute talk, followed by further insights from Aron and an engaging Q&A discussion. It was fantastic to see so many thoughtful questions and meaningful conversations taking place.
A special thank you to Kim for also making time after the session to connect one-on-one with our Midwich colleagues.
By continuing to raise awareness and encourage open dialogue, we can all play a part in building a more supportive and empowering working environment for everyone.

We’re thrilled to share that Harley Willmott has been selected for the 2026 Rise AV Mentorship Programme! She’ll be mentored by Teymour Mossadeghi from Kinly.
Created to support women at every stage of their careers, the programme provides one-to-one mentoring, tailored development opportunities, exclusive networking, and a strong, supportive community.
Harley will embark on a six-month journey focused on growth, confidence, and new opportunities through the Rise AV Mentoring Programme. By the end of the programme, participants will gain more than just new skills-they’ll build confidence, enhance their visibility, and develop the tools needed to accelerate their careers. Just as importantly, they’ll form lasting connections with a network of women who uplift and champion one another.
