Been having a tough time coming up with the right words for this.
Being a DnB artist & DnB promoter in the states isn't the most encouraging passion to take on. Drum & Bass just hasn't been as commonly accepted or listened to here opposed to other countries.
When my MwMassive partner, Chad, was here with us, we used to talk everyday about throwing a Massive DnB Festival right here in the US. It was our #1 dream but we knew it'd be tough considering the popularity. When he passed, that dream didn't fade, but it was certainly halted big time & that crushed me.
& then we attended
@junglebellsofficial this past weekend 🤯
The energy & hope for a Stateside DnB festival was LOUD 😭🔥
To see 1600+ people all in attendance for a strictly DnB party was UNREAL & the energy in every single room was on par, if not topping, any show I've personally ever been to 🥵
Then getting to play me & my friend's music after we just witnessed some of our favorite artists of all time blow our minds is a memory I'll always hold dear ❤️
Thank you
@mjofatl !
Thank you to everyone on your amazing team! Thank you for including us young guns & showing us the way 🫶
Thank you to ANYONE & EVERYONE pushing Drum & Bass here in America 🙌
It's here, it's alive, & it's not going anywhere!
