Making the “Mala”
Working on “Ghughuti Ki Mala” allowed me to bridge the gap between my NID roots and my love for planning. Leading a team of interns with @midnight.kettle in Dehradun taught me more about “human-centric design” than any textbook ever could.
In simple words: At NID, I learned how to animate a dance. In Dehradun, with a team of incredible interns ( @graphic_cursive3@_sharan_m_@mitooonn ), I learned how to choreograph a pipeline.
3 things I learned about managing a creative mala (Garland):
📍 The Color Script is the North Star: If the team knows the mood, they don’t need to be told the method.
📍 Precision > Perfection: Shipping a finished film is better than polishing a single frame forever.
📍 Pipeline Logic: Moving from “How do I animate this?” to “How do we finish this?”
