✨ Almost 8 years ago, MICRORACK started as a simple dream:
To build a modular system that is small, affordable, analog, open and powerful. The goal was to achieve limitless variability for cheap but without any compromise in sound.
We wanted it to be more than an instrument. A learning tool, a new standard of simple, compact, and super-compatible building blocks. A platform for newcomers, pros, engineers and artists alike.
So even after long halts we kept going.
From homemade PCBs glued to cardboard, to years of demos, redesigns, venues and feedback from communities around the world, to our 2024 Kickstarter. It was the biggest business project experience of our lives, and without question the hardest thing we’ve ever done.
Today, more than 8,000 modules produced, and 250+ people already have MICRORACK in their hands. More orders are on their way as we speak. MICRORACK is available for sale globally and we’re ready to put in stores and produce more!
Thank you to every backer, friend, colleague, collaborator, and supporter who helped us along the journey to carry this idea and bring it to life! You believed in it before it was obvious.

The Sound is All Yours
MICRORACK is here! The mini modular system that fits on a breadboard (or 2 or 4). Tiny connectors means lots of space for ins and outs! The modules range from OSCs (that are also LFOs), sequencers, noise up to compressors and saturators.
In this first patch, I use the counter to trigger notes on the keyboard module on steps 1,5 and 8 which modulate the bass and arp sequence. Filter and a bit of fm on the drone; delay and drive on the noise percussion make for a gritty sound.

Unlike my eurorack case, this beast can work on type c power, meaning I can use it with a powerbank during long blackout hours.
