I joined Okanagan Athletics Club for track & field sprint training. @okanaganathletics
I’m working with Coach Pat and training with a high-level sprint group focused on acceleration, sprint mechanics, top-end speed, technique, and running efficiency.
As a DB/WR, speed matters on every rep. Breaks, recovery speed, closing speed, routes, and separation all come from how well you move.
Being more efficient and technical should also help me play faster later in games, especially in the 4th quarter.
Excited to keep building my speed, explosiveness, and overall movement through track and field.
