The Gryphons are holding their annual ID camp on June 22nd with a twist! The focus on coaching and instruction means we are running two separate ID camps for the Big Fellas (OL, DL) and the Skilled position (all the rest!). Train with University of Guelph coaches, showcase your skills, and compete in elite drills and testing sessions. Big man camp is LIMITED to 100, and the Skills camp is LIMITED to 200. Apart from undergoing a laser-timed 40-yard dash, Pro Agility, L-Drill, Vertical, and Broad Jumps, Gryphon Football Coaches will impart valuable knowledge to improve the athletes’ technical proficiency through an hour-long individual skills session. The camp will end with a competitive period allowing participants to gain a deeper insight into their current ability. In addition to the on-field portion, all participants will be invited to a recruit information session which will give them the tools to navigate the football landscape. Valuable insight will be gained regarding academic programs, USPORTS recruiting regulations, new athletics scholarship regulations, and the recruiting process from start to finish.
