We recently welcomed professional surfer @erinbrookssurf onsite for a firsthand look at everything in the works. From our @endlesssurfofficial Wave Basin to a championship golf course and experiences shaped by exploration, we're designing something special for those who are drawn to adventure, connection, and something out of the ordinary.

The first graduates of the Rote Hospitality Academy — young men and women from Bo’a and the villages around it — stood in front of their parents, their teachers, their mayor, and members of Indonesian Parliament, and stepped into a future they built with their own hands.
Free training. Real careers. Skills they carry with them anywhere they go in this world.
This is what we promised when we broke ground here. This is what NIHI Rote was built around — not next to.
To every parent in that crowd watching their child walk across that stage: thank you for trusting us with your sons and daughters. We will keep showing up.

Manifestation is real.
Dylan — my best friend, the love of my life, and now my fiancée.
She reads me before I say a word. She reads everyone that way — it’s what a doctorate in psychology and a lifetime of studying the stars will do. She surrounds herself with the kind of friends you’d want in your corner for life, and somehow she let me into that circle too.
I taught her to surf. She taught me how to be a better father to Jackson — patient, present, paying attention. He got the best bonus mom a kid could ask for, and I got the easiest yes of my life.
Later this year, I will marry her. The luckiest man on the planet doesn’t cover it.

A magical few days at Cabo Real Surf Club with Erin Brooks!
Her first trip to Cabo was a meaningful one — getting to see her very own lot for her first house, walking the overall project, and witnessing the progress on the Endless Surf wave basin as everything begins to come to life 🏄♀️
She packed a lot into just a few days with us: hiking and biking the trails, hitting the golf course, and even making an eagle in our first annual Cabo Real Surf & Golf Club Members tournament to secure the win for her team.
We were also fortunate to have Nathan Fletcher with us, sharing stories, support, and surf wisdom all weekend long.
A few more memorable touches I won’t forget: Erin surprised me with a pair of custom Nike Cabo Real sneakers and gifted Cabo Real one of her signed Rip Curl boards — a piece we can’t wait to hang on the wall at the resort forever 🙌
We capped it all off with a screening of her new Red Bull film, “Now Days,” and an amazing turnout from the community.
I want to thank my amazing partners at Meriwether, who have been dedicated to turning this vision into reality. I’m truly honored and excited to build Cabo Real with them and to collaborate on many upcoming projects.
Surf, golf, adventure, community, and a lot of memories in the making.

Our custom-wrapped RZR is officially on property and ready to start giving tours as we begin the next phase of sales at Coral Mountain. There’s no better way to experience the scale, setting, and vision of this place than getting out on the land itself.
This is just the beginning — all part of a community planned around golf, wellness, adventure, and an Endless Surf basin unlike anything else in the desert.
