We’re proud, and honestly a little blown away, to share that we’re in today’s finals for two categories at the Star Wine List Awards: Best Medium Wine List in UK and Best Rosé List in UK.
None of this would have been possible without our head Somm @aokilais and our incredible team @jordanallen_b8@juddoff who bring as much passion and curiosity to the list as they do to every glass.
We invite you all to explore the amazing restaurants and bars competing alongside us. there’s some truly inspiring work out there.
A big thank you to @starwinelist , the jury, our team, suppliers, our guests, and of course the growers and winemakers who make it all possible.
2009 Prieuré Roch — warm vintage, yet a masterclass in precision. Ripe, open, completely delicious.
2024 Valentini Cerasuolo — perfection. All energy, salt and blood orange. Years of chasing aged Cerasuolo never quite gave me this feeling.
Thank you, Sashi, for sharing these truly special bottles.
Half a second of light and chaos.
