@worn_pop 🫶🏻 shoutout to my homies in the Ukraine and abroad now, truly some of the warmest souls and most wonderful nights spent together 🍃Karen is a genius and laid down a few riffs within hours. In the studio, we made a few variations of the track with
@der__wandler , but couldn’t seem to agree on the right vibe. He told me to prepare myself for the next day as he had had some ideas. When I got into the studio he had used our reference of Bittersweet Symphony and made this upbeat, rhythmic hook 😍 It took me a few days to get used to leaving my old country version behind, but there is no denying the earworm this track became and I loved the irony of the lyrics versus the overall uplifting mood 🍀 Thank you to everyone involved in this album
