The past couple years have been an adventure! After being forced to sit out from an injury, I'm excited to get back to being on set and joining in on the fun. I'm SUPER thankful for the people I've gotten to meet and work with over the last little while, both locally and abroad. Looking forward to learn, practice, and become even better in the future!

This is from a few days of starting to play with rope flow. Special thanks to the encouraging videos from @nsimainyang , @timsgym , and @thedavidweck . There is A LOT of similarity to what I'm finding with my movement playing with the rope dart, so I felt like the transition to this was pretty simple. There are still a bunch of tricks that I'm struggling with, and I still need to grasp the intricacies of what Weck teaches, but I really like this for warming up for other training.

I wanted to take a second and document this core memory for myself. This is my first time doing any road trip of this length. The fact that I did this solo surprises me even more. I had so much fun, so many cool experiences, and some funny and awkward ones as well. Riding through 9 hour days, coming up on difficult paths, meeting other bikers, camping in strange places, eating the (mostly good) local foods. It was all so much. The rest I'm needing now is immense.
Canada is vast and beautiful! So glad I got to see more of it than I ever expected.
