Its official! My love @its._.lali01 has officially committed to @ucdavis this fall! Such an emotional moment for us. All her hard work throughout her years in school have paid off and giving her so many great options.
We visited many schools and at every school she wanted to buy a school shirt. when we were at the UC Davis store I saw her looking at the sweaters (which are pricey 😅) and I told her "you're gonna buy that with your own money cause I'm not gonna buy you a sweater until you make a choice" She looked at me and said "well dad you better start looking for a hat. I have chosen to attend UC Davis", All three of us started to cry in the middle of the store 😭 I saw my little girl doing big things and we were so proud of her at that moment. She is the first Modesto to attend a university, but definitely not the last. We are so proud of you my love , skies are the limit!! #citlaliceakatl #ucdavis #ucdavisbound

Celebrated my main man Joaquins 7th birthday today!! He such a bright light in our life. Full of love and compassion always thinking of others. He wanted to spend his day with his cousins. He made a list including his tias and tios. His first time at Chuck E Cheese. As you can tell he had a blast!! Thank you for everyone that made his day special. My day ones right here! There is nothing like cousins. Prim@s that are ride or dies!! Sleep overs as kids. Begging our parents to spend the night at each other's houses. Tendidos and laughing all night . Sneaking out. Carrilla , a whole lot of carrilla. Being there for each other through thick and thin no matter what. Growing up and Now we see our kids running around and driving us crazy. Understanding this is bond is forever. We might not see each other as often but this bond. This love is forever ❤️
