On a demanding, technical course, Fred delivered once again, taking the win and earning his fourth victory at this race. A standout run and another strong marker in his season!
From Japan to the French Alps, it's a big weekend of skyracing. ⛰️
At the @ueda.skyrunning , the challenge is clear from the start: 27 km with over 3000m of climbing on the steep terrain of Mt. Taro. In France, the @skyracedesmatheysins brings a different kind of pressure: 25 km, 1950m of elevation, and classic alpine terrain above Saint Honoré.
We're proud to have Merrell athletes on the start line at both races, ready to take on whatever the mountains throw at them.

Yesterday, in partnership with @merrelleu , we hosted an ultra marathon relay race like no other.
With no prior knowledge, 5 teams were dispatched to 5 different parts of the UK, each tasked with planning their own routes across the trails back to Hackney, putting the new Merrell Agility Peak 6 through it’s paces in the process.
Starting from Reading, Cambridge, Maidstone, Brighton & Thame, we watched as our five teams closed in on East London in a close run race to claim victory.
Waiting for our athletes at the finish line was an after party for the ages, hosted at @netil360 , as runners were welcomed home by friends, family & supporters.
This was one for the books.
This was ultra racing, redefined.
