Can’t buy any mini eggs in the shops anymore? It’s probably because I have bought them all πŸ˜‰ How many mini eggs have I used? This year I only made 13 slabs of brownies, though it was at least a few more. Having still got 11 packs of 270g mini eggs from last years haul, that means I only need 2 more family packs for next years production, although I seem to have bought more for sharing. That’s 82,940 calories in total, which works out to 30-36 full Helvellyn days. The mass of mini eggs is over 7kg.

The Fort William to Glasgow railway line was one of the routes I wanted to tick off on my way home from Skye. In these photos you will see snow and 16 stags 🦌

Skye, some of the treasures found along the way... 1. a can of Irn-Bru ;-) 2. the biggest rope I was going to try to recover from the shore but found it was massive when I got a lot closer! 3. a risky sign at The Old Man of Storr! 4. a couple of risky cards 5. part of a 100 year old torpedo bottle 6. a very risky cartoon 7. a deflated penguin, in a ditch on the side of a road which had an incredible about of litter in 8. a vintage plastic mouse from the USSR which is about 50 years old! 9. a big piece of washed up Mega Bloks 10. some big balls ;-)

Skye: my last day 🦭 πŸ§œπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ I saw a seal while I was being a merman! On a quiet part of Skye I took some time to see if there were any rock pools worth dipping in… because the sea wasn’t a place of safety 🌊

On a recent dive with the team we went to Town Head near the south of Windermere to do a clean up. We found plenty of broken glass which would do serious injury to peoples feet, as well as older bottles, tires and litter πŸ—‘οΈ I find cleanups underwater interesting, to keep people safe, to keep the environment cleaner and to explore the underwater environment πŸͺŽ What you should do on an adventure is go with a purpose πŸ§œπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

Triple dip day 🀀 πŸ”₯ πŸ§œπŸ»β€β™‚οΈ kinda hard keeping me out of the water when the sun makes it 15Β°c! It took a little longer to get to my destination, due to a couple of dramas on the bus πŸ›˜ I almost had anxiety attack because it was busy but it could have just been the steep terrain I was on πŸ˜‚ Additionally I picked up some litter from the fells along the way πŸ—‘οΈ
