Scenes from Mercer University’s 2026 Macon Commencement yesterday 🎓
Just a casual Commencement Monday featuring caps, gowns, and maybe some movie cameras. 😉🎬🎥
Mercer students witnessed international approaches to public health intervention during a spring break study abroad experience in Marrakech, Morocco. Dr. Chinekwu Obidoa and Mary Brown led 14 undergraduates on a trip themed around community-based interventions and cross-cultural learning. #MercerInspire

Last but certainly not least, our Macon campus graduates! These Bears clawed their way to success, and now the future is theirs for the taking. #ClassOf2026
This class didn’t just graduate from Mercer ... they became a part of it. Click our link in bio or visit https://www.mercer.edu/commencement/class-of-2026-student-mosaic/ to get a closer view of all the photos used in our #ClassOf2026 mosaic.
Once a Bear, always a Bear! This evening, #ClassOf2026 grads on our Macon campus kicked off their alumni journey during Baccalaureate and Reunion Zero programs.
Hey Macon grads! After the commencement ceremony on Monday, be sure to snap some pics at our special photo stations set up between Five Star Stadium and Cruz Plaza! Early risers and night owls also can get a great shot of the pedestrian bridge, as it is lit orange now through Tuesday evening.
