There was something incredibly special about being surrounded by our members today. Honest conversations, shared experiences, and a collective willingness to grow, not just professionally, but personally.
We also spoke about the connection between mindset and wellbeing, and how small daily rituals matter.
We were honoured to be joined for dinner by Business Leader & Investor, Radek Sali, who reminded us that something as simple as starting the morning with warm water, turmeric and lemon can support reducing inflammation, but is also a conscious choice to take care of yourself first, so you can show up better for others.
Because purpose isnโt just about what we do in business.
Itโs how we live, how we lead, and how we look after ourselves along the way.

In a world where disruption is the norm, leaders are making real-time calls without complete information, which is why we truly valued today's conversation around anchoring decision-making in purpose and values when navigating uncertainty, complexity, and rapid change.
A strong theme emerged from the conversation: When data is incomplete and variables are shifting, values become more than words; they become the anchor.

So the question becomes....when the path isnโt clear, what guides your decisions?
What came through strongly in the discussion was this when data is incomplete and variables are shifting, values become more than words. They become the anchor.
