Star Wars is more than just a show, or a movie to us here at Star Wars Saturday. Star Wars is comfort, it’s nostalgia, it reminds us of simpler times. For us toy photographers, our hobby is a way to bring this incredibly vast and wonderful Galaxy to life.
Beyond these joys, Star Wars brings us Hope. Hope that the Good in the Galaxy will prevail. Hope that the hero’s we see on the screen may impact a change for the better in a reality we walk, that their braveness, kindness and compassion will show us values we can live by.

This week in #sinistercollabs we focused on Black and White technique. The skill of using low-key, high-contrast lighting to create dramatic, sharp-edges and bring the epic "noir" style to life. Giving the viewer a feeling of grit and dark aesthtic utilizing lighting for those hot highlights and abysmal shadows. This week our photographers brought us back to those 30s and 40s vibes.
