UPDATE 6/26/25: we have found the problem and our implementing the software update for the Mac portal software, which should be available within the week This will solve the issue of not being able to edit or create new avatars. If you’re not using the Mac portal software, this has no effect on the full Meloscene headset version on Meta. We will announce when the updated portal is available on the website. Until then, the functionality of the portal is still working fine for collaboration, and everything else, just not the avatar system. Thanks for your patience!
