Still catching my breath after my first time at @aspenideas Health — and wow.
This gathering was a refresher on wellness and adding to workouts and green juice — it’s about creativity, equity, leadership, and how we show up in the world.
With powerful talks with Brené Brown, Dr. Mae Jemison, Sarah Jones, and Wendy Suzuki to soul performances by IN-Q, Lucius, Daymé Arocena, and Doug E. Fresh — the whole experience was a masterclass in what it means to be human.
We hiked the Maroon Bells, talked purpose over clean food, got skin screenings in between keynotes - all at 8,000 ft. elevation.
What hit hardest? The reminder that health isn’t a luxury — it’s foundational. And for those of us creating culture or leading teams, we are building with well-being at the center.
