It didn’t set in until I made this. 🥹 When James got offered his job here in Austin 3 years ago we had less than two weeks to find a place that would allow the three chis which you can imagine was STRESSful. We found cutie 206 with the sweetest landlords and signed our lease sight unseen! We are so eternally grateful for the joy it brought us, love for Austin as our home it created and of course all the memories. We bought our first house! 🏡💛✨ Turns out everything really does happen for a reason. I had a Santa Fe trip planned that fell through last minute and my Mom was going with me so she was in town. She said, “maybe we should go look at houses!” Which lead us to meeting Freddy and Q who we now consider our friends. 🥹 As first time buyers we had so many questions and they were beyond helpful, even spent a good 8 hours with us one Saturday looking at every damn house in the neighborhood because I wanted to see all the options lol. Having a couple team that understood both sets of our needs was huge and they absolutely went over the top welcoming us into our home on closing day.
