These collections of amatory videos are conceived as part of an on-going semantic geography research. It is a way to reconfigure cartography from a military, extractive tool, to a subjective, and poetic form of “landscape-telling”. From urban-scapes, to natural ones, including diasporic neighborhoods outside the “national” borders, a territory becomes the creative juxtaposition of intimate, personal memories, therefore manifesting the intrinsic narrative nature of what we recall as “land”.
