Unser erstes selbstgemachtes Walliser Roggenbrot🥹 okay nicht ganz, wir waren im Juni 2021 beim @sortengarten_erschmatt zu Besuch und durften da in einem Workshop bereits schon mal etwas üben🤗 Nun Jahre später habe ich (Melissa) es erneut an das Sauerteig Projekt gewagt und es war soooo lecker 😍🤤 das wird auf jeden Fall erneut gemacht😌

Did I ever mention my love for benches? Not only are they good to take a rest after an exhausting hike but also it feels like their telling a story. Just think about how many people already crossed this path and enjoyed the view up there. I just love to sit on it, and when the sun goes down, watching the mountains disappear into the darkness. What else do you need in life? :)
