Comment CORE and I’ll send you the a 2min quiz where I will recommend the EXACT personalized program to follow on @thesculptsociety — and if you’re looking for the prenatal and postpartum program that helped me feel even stronger after- I’ve got that too! If you focus on one thing before and after having a baby, make it pelvic floor + 360 breathing. This deep core work supports your body through pregnancy, birth, and recovery… helping with things like pelvic floor strength, pressure management, and rebuilding your core postpartum. If you’re not sure where to start, I’ve built pelvic floor and deep core work into both my prenatal and postpartum programs and beyond on @thesculptsociety . ✨ Link in bio for a free trial and access to 1,000+ workouts, including our top-rated prenatal and postpartum programs. Follow along for more deep core and pelvic floor education. #prenatalfitness #postpartumfitness #pelvicfloor #coreworkout #womenshealth postpartumrecovery

The Abs circuit I did with Kate Hudson leading up to the Oscars ✨ Comment ABS and I’ll send you a 2min quiz to find out the program I would have you follow on @thesculptsociety This is one of my go-to deep core circuits when I want something that’s effective and actually connects into your entire core. We kept the focus on control, form, and breath over speed. That’s where the real work happens. Run through this circuit 2–3x, moving slowly and staying connected to your deep core the entire time. ✨ Think: – Exhale on the effort – Wrap your Transverse Abdominals (TVA) core like a corset- knitting center and zipping up – Move with control, not momentum It’s not about doing more… it’s about doing it better. Save this for your next workout and follow along for more šŸ¤ #katehudson #deepcore #coreworkout #absworkout #pilates

This is month 6 of restarting ballet at 40. Current updates: balance is questionable, turnout is still missing, and I somehow continue to underestimate how hard ballet is šŸ˜‚ But I’m still here.

Mother’s Day can bring up so many emotions. Since losing my mom two years ago, I’ve learned that grief is not linear. It changes shape constantly. I think about her every single day. Some moments feel heavy, but most of the time it’s the little everyday things that hit me the hardest. Wanting to call her to catch up, ask her advice, tell her something funny the kids did, or just hear her voice for a second. As hard as loss can be, it’s also made me appreciate motherhood and mother figures on a much deeper level. Moms carry so much. They love deeply, give endlessly, and somehow hold everything together. So today is about celebrating all moms and mother figures, while also holding space for anyone who feels a little tender today. Whether you’re missing your mom, grieving, hoping to become a mom, navigating complicated family dynamics, or feeling all of the emotions at once… you’re not alone. More than anything, today feels like a reminder to hold the people we love close, appreciate the small everyday moments, and say the things we mean to say, because those ordinary moments often end up meaning the most ā¤ļø

Growing up in ballet trained me to believe every move had to be flawless… pointed toes, perfect posture, no mistakes. And while I’m grateful for the discipline it gave me, I’m learning that real growth happens when you stop chasing perfect and start embracing progress. Life feels a lot lighter when you let yourself be human šŸ’› IB @emrieknow

Behind the scenes from my first global campaign with @lululemon as their newest ambassador šŸ¤ I feel so grateful to be working with a brand I’ve admired for so long and to now be part of this in such a meaningful way. In between shots, getting to move alongside the other ambassadors was one of those moments that reminded me how powerful it is when we come together to move, support each other, and continue to grow. Really excited for what’s ahead… ✨ #lululemonambassador

I’m realizing more and more… it’s not about motivation. If I waited until I felt like it, I’d skip a lot of the things that actually make me feel the best. The hard part isn’t the workout, the class, the thing itself… it’s the decision to show up when it would be easier not to. Especially in a full season of life… when you’re tired, your schedule is packed, and there’s always something else that feels more urgent. But the shift for me has been this: keeping small commitments to myself and actually following through on them. Not perfectly. Not every time. But enough to reinforce that I can rely on myself. Because that's what confidence actually looks like.
