Tamika Ponce is a marketing strategist and relationship-builder whose career bridges music, sport, and culture. She spent seven years as an artist manager and six years running her own talent and brand partnerships firm, The Boys Club Agency, while also serving as Vice President for two Chicago nonprofits dedicated to education and access in the music industry. In 2021, she transitioned into sports and now manages North America Sports Marketing at lululemon, specializing in athlete partnerships and community-driven activations. Known for her ability to spot talent, cultivate meaningful relationships, and create experiences that inspire, Tamika thrives at the intersection of creativity, culture, and connection.

Another NA tour in the books. I’m beyond grateful for these opportunities. This is the first tour I didn’t go on and I had all the emotions about it. I felt like I wasn’t doing enough, I felt like I was missing out, I was worried things would go wrong but I had to remind myself that I prayed for the day fem and I would have the team we have now. A solid ass team we trust executing at such a professional level. We don’t just have a team…we have family.

It’s been one week since we ended a 25 city tour with a sold out show in LA. I’m honestly still trying to process what feels like a dream. Only thing I know for sure is that I’m grateful. Grateful for @femdotdotcom for being an amazing human and artist. For being patient with me while we figure things out together. For @monte5260 for helping with all the things I hate doing and being the calm one all the time (at least on the outside). For @brogawd_ for being the best new addition to our team. For @charlesxlauste for working his full time while showing up and leveling up every night of tour. For my bestie @arroyo_blu for literally being family and helping with everything he didn’t have to. For @cristelaroo@rorydwebb@sabapivot for this incredible opportunity and being so welcoming. For @rosaliiinda for being the baddest bitch ever and teaching me so much even if she didn’t realize it.
