Finally hit my unofficial goal of getting back to a 315 bench. Been over a year now since I’ve been able to do it. It doesn’t show in this video but I got pretty emotional after I hit this today. It reminded me of how much progress I lost this past year. This is the spark I needed to try to get back to 350 and one day 365.
