Life has felt quite heavy recently; there has been grief and loss, the kind that reminds you how fragile all of this is. Huge life transitions, change, endings and the uncertainty of new beginnings. The ground beneath has felt shaky, with a heart heavy and a restless mind. The practice teaches us that impermanence is at the heart of everything; nothing stays the same forever, and it is also a gentle reminder that hard times will pass. I know they will. Feel the love for your body - Mindful Movement 💛 Stress lives in the body. Movement helps it leave. Life’s been a lot lately, so here’s a gentle flow to help you come back to yourself.
