This is us playing #michaeljackson for the first time as a band
heard @nawaaabjaaan for the first time in feb 2023, got hooked. cold called and invited him to the studio, got stoned and listened to jeff buckley and pcrc and made a bunch of music together. fast forward 2 years and he tells me about an idea for a new mixtape, i tell him ill get involved if he lets me take as much time as i want and fuck around as much as i want. he agrees right away. i love working on full albums because you really get a sense of the artist and who they are. its been a pleasure listening to shauhar the past few months and my love and respect for him as an artist and a friend has continued to grow since the first time we met. im very grateful to have been given the opportunity to shape the sonics of this project, along with so many talented musicians.
