Cooking up some Amazing Japanese Wagyu from @stonefall_farm with my friends @unclechicosbbq & @meatdavebbq !! I Hit this bone in ribeye on the grill then lathered it in tallow from @backyardbutchers while it rested! This was absolutely Meat Butter! It’s all Japanese Wagyu Genetics raised on a farm in MI now if that ain’t Pure Michigan than I dunno what is!!! Thank you brother @heritage_revival_cooking for sending the BEEF!!!🙌🔥🥩

Today, at the @esoldtownpatio one of my dreams becomes a reality as we become a full time BBQ establishment ahead of schedule thanks to the partners, coworkers, & patrons that have made this a special place to eat, drink, and hang. We’ve been testing BBQ specials for the past year… and honestly, you guys made this decision for us. So we decided to give y’all what you want and go all in.
Our full BBQ menu is officially going live at Old Town Patio this Wednesday 4/8.

Behind the scenes, we’ve been sourcing better beef and pork from some incredible farms and dialing in every detail, from the techniques to a lineup of sides you won’t find anywhere else. Honestly… it’s gotten really, really good.
To do this right, we’ll be closing Mondays & Tuesdays for now so we can stay focused on the quality and consistency this kind of food deserves. We know that’s a shift, and we appreciate you rolling with us while we dial this in.
This is just the beginning of the best and most authentic BBQ in the South Bay. We truly believe what we’re putting out right now is some of the best BBQ in LA, and unlike anything else out here.
