For when clear, concise information is needed to help patients make decisions about their care, this series of books seeks to both inform and re-assure.

Huge shoutout to @earswitheyes.music for bringing the sonic wonder to this tribute. A few months back I found this book of logos published in 1976 and while there are SO many choice examples to pick from, I was really taken with the Mutual Oil logo. I had to bring these hard working fellas to life. Just finished up a fun job for @ieeespectrum about the future of EVs (electric vehicles) and how to effectively decarbonize road transport we need to complement EVs with bikes, rail, city planning, and alternative energy.
This was done as an editorial illustration job but I could easily see this as a style frame for a gorgeous explainer video. As I was designing this, I kept imagining all the parts in motion.

When Jesse Brown from @hudsytv approached me to make the title sequence for their new food travelogue show, "This Organic Life" I was (beyond) thrilled. I had worked previously on Hudsy's initial announcement video and I knew from that experience that Jesse would let me do my thing.
Starting from a rough initial script, I art directed, designed and animated the whole thing.
The show is hosted by the inimitable Wen-Jay Ying as she explores the farms of Upstate NY's Hudson Valley.

The very last project I wrapped for 2020 is also one of my favorites. I was commissioned by @bklynlibrary to create this 30 sec. piece for their Adult Learning program.
With most in-person activities shut down at their various branches because of COVID19, the library wanted to get the word out to all New Yorker’s that the Adult Learning program was still fully accessible on-line. Having access to these vital literacy tools has never been more important.
Besides illustrating and animating, I also got to flex my sound designing skills, so sound ON please 😄
